The world class integrated resort project consisting of Bayan Tree Resort, Angsana Resort and Laguna Park Residences was experiencing a slowdown in sales of its branded residences and requested Alternaty to tap new markets, including organising sales events in international markets.
Alternaty devised a detailed sales and marketing strategy comprising of 3 separate events. The high profile events were targeted at High Net Worth Individuals, where Alternaty conducted presentations of the Vietnam real estate market and introduction of the project.
1 exclusive event was organized in HCMC that targeted a new source of potential buyers who were predominantly golfers by utilising Alternaty’s exclusive investor networks.
1 exclusive weekend event was organised in Hong Kong, targeting local high income earners as well as expats.
1 exclusive weekend event was organized in Shanghai, at the Shangri-la Hotel targeting exclusive clients of a very high end interior décor firm. The highlight of the event was a 10 course VIP dinner and wine pairing during which Alternaty presented the Vietnam real estate market and introduced the project.
Several sales were achieved.
